Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return your item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the product you want.

Conditions for returns

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind): returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Faulty items (warranty): Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty. If your item develops a fault during this period, please contact us and we’ll arrange a free return, replacement, or refund.
  • If an item is found to be damaged due to customer misuse or neglect, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
